ABAS Protect has a production and service facility in Ambjörnarp in the Knallebygden region. Fencing posts and gate parts are cut and deburred from raw materials, mainly profiles and steel beams. The cut semi-finished products then pass through the drilling department where all holes are made, before finally being welded together into finished structural parts in the welding department. The parts are then sent for surface treatment, either in the form of hot-dip galvanization alone or hot-dip galvanization and painting. There are four parallel lines for the production of fence mesh.
Electrical systems and electrical cabinets are built in the electrical workshop. We build electrical and control systems so that, together with stands and gate leaves, they create a well-thought-out and solid whole. In the final assembly, the surface-treated gate parts are assembled into complete structures. All electrical and electronic components are also mounted on the gates here. The gates are tested, test-run and CE-marked before delivery to the end customer.
