ABAS Protect has developed a product standard for fences and gates, with regard to norms in material and construction. Fences for villas, preschools, and industry are classified in this standard into three security levels 1–3. Industrial gates, as well as area protection in general, are adapted in corresponding levels.

Security level 4 defines a further level of customized solutions for arbitrarily high security and can therefore not be standardized, but is built according to specification.
ABAS Protect’s product standard is well within the norms for area protection defined by the Swedish Theft Prevention Association’s SSF 1087 (Rules for mechanical area protection). Our product standard is otherwise based on well-established Swedish and international norms for material tolerance, galvanization, and more.
