ABAS gates are manufactured either with profile infill or mesh infill.

To ensure a long service life, ABAS gates and posts are manufactured from fully welded steel pipes that are hot-dip galvanised according to EN ISO 1461 (average thickness 55-70µm) or alternatively VFZ/powder-coated, which gives the gates the prerequisites to withstand major stresses in the form of physical damage as well as climate impact.

The gates are mounted on posts made of fully welded steel pipes. As standard, the posts are manufactured for casting, but they can also be supplied with a base plate and are then delivered together with casting material. Fence posts are of the same design but in dimensions 40×40, 50×50 or Ø44mm.

The gates are hung on hinges made of stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel. The gates are delivered with padlock loops, ASSA locks, or with Locinox lock housings and lock cylinders with keys. The locks are equipped with push or knob handles. Several variants of additional locks to obtain a more advanced opening routine are available as accessories.

The fencing is of woven type in 3mm wire, hot-dip galvanised or coated with a sintered plastic layer. The most common mesh sizes are 40 or 50mm. Fencing can also be made with ProNet three-wire panels.
