With ABAS’s new Personnel Gate PG18, a new level of security is set for pedestrian gates. By delivering the gate with break protection around the lock and the gate leaf mounted in a fully welded enclosing frame, a very robust construction is achieved. A high-quality stainless steel hinge without external fasteners also provides adequate protection against external influences, so-called vandal protection. The door is delivered assembled and adjusted from the factory, which ensures a long and trouble-free service life.
To guarantee long service life, our gates are manufactured from fully welded steel tubes that are hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461 (average thickness 55–70 µm zinc). Alternatively, the gates are hot-dip galvanized and powder coated, which provides the gates with the conditions to withstand significant stress in the form of physical damage as well as climate impact.
Personnel gates are also manufactured in special versions corresponding to security classes 2-4.
